Treatments & Procedures

Major Joint Injection

Injection of local anesthetic and cortisone into a major joint (such as the shoulder, hip, or knee) to reduce inflammation and relieve joint pain.

Cervical Cortisone Injection

For neck, shoulder, arm, and hand pain or tingling caused by a pinched nerve in the cervical spine. Cortisone is injected into the cervical epidural space to relieve inflammation and nerve-related symptoms.

Lumbar Cortisone Injection

For back pain, leg pain, or sciatica. Cortisone is delivered into the lumbar epidural space to reduce inflammation around spinal nerves.

Decompression Discectomy

A minimally invasive procedure using a small needle and probe to reduce a herniated disc. Alleviates nerve compression and associated pain.

Facet Joint Injection

Treats pain caused by inflamed or irritated facet joints located between vertebrae. Provides pain relief and helps restore spinal stability and flexibility.

Lumbar Radiofrequency Neurotomy

Uses radiofrequency-generated heat to target and disable specific spinal nerves. Temporarily interrupts pain signals, reducing chronic back pain.

Lumbar Sympathetic Block

For lower body symptoms such as swelling, color changes, abnormal sweating, and chronic pain. Local anesthetic is injected around the sympathetic nerves to reduce symptoms and improve mobility.

Pes Anserine (Knee Tendon) Bursa Injection

For inflammation in the inner knee area involving the pes anserine bursa. Reduces pain and swelling in the knee by injecting medication into the affected bursa.

Greater Trochanteric Bursa Injection

For hip pain caused by inflammation near the outer part of the thigh bone (femur). Relieves pain from trochanteric bursitis through targeted injection.

PRP Injection (Platelet-Rich Plasma Injection)

For treating joint pain, tendon injuries, muscle strains, and soft tissue inflammation. A small amount of the patient's own blood is drawn, processed to concentrate the platelets, and then injected into the injured area. Platelets release growth factors that stimulate healing, reduce inflammation, and promote regeneration. Often used for conditions like osteoarthritis, tendonitis, and sports injuries.
